I felt bamboozled coming here.. not sure if it’s just the weekend crew or what because I’ve been here before and had a totally different experience during the week. To have a newer model vehicle with regular maintenance and to be threw ridiculous unreasonable issues especially after just having work done at the dealer less than 6mo ago & stuff checking out just fine I thought it was weird & felt that they were trying to prey on the fact that I was a female to try to up-sale me. When their initial tactic didn’t work then they came with some other attempt. I felt very uncomfortable and had the service (oil change)not been started I would have got out of there QUICK… It sucks when you feel like the company your trusting with your vehicle can’t be trusted. I honestly won’t let them under the hood of my vehicle for anything else ever again. It’s plenty of people that have raggedy poorly maintained vehicles that you don’t have to go thru the trouble of trying to mess up people cars that actually take care of them. I would say if you can wait wait. I only went here cause it was Sunday and they were open and most places don’t open on Sunday. Also as other people mentioned having an appt do

I just want to give Jermaine his flowers while he is still here because he is really a Godsend person. He helped me and my family with a tire blow out on our way to the mall in the parking lot. Its people like Jermaine that make businesses strive because you gain loyalty customers for years to come. God Bless Jermaine and his heart desires.

We got a flat on I95 and had to drive 50 miles on the spare to reach Firestone. They were open on a Sunday to save us. Connor was beyond helpful and really seemed to care about our travel struggles. We were back on the road in an hour. I highly recommend these guys!

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone and wanted to recognize Shawn and Kaleb for the exceptional customer service they provided. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. Shawn took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done without any pressure. Kaleb was equally helpful, answering my questions and ensuring the entire process went smoothly. Both of them went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. Kaleb was fantastic during my visit today! He made the checkout process quick, smooth, and stress-free while still being friendly and professional. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of correctly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
